All web orders are processed with credit card payments through PayPal, which is a secured site. View PayPal's Privacy Policy.

Additional Payment Options - You may call our office and use your credit card over the phone, or call to make arrangements for payment by check or invoice.

Returns

Once an item has been purchased and delivered, the sale is considered complete and final. We will replace any item that is defective after authorization by our office.

Shipping Information

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment. FedEx Standard Ground Shipping is used for all shipments unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped by USPS Parcel Post. Additional charges may apply. We cannot and do not ship to P.O. boxes. If paying by PayPal, please make sure your address information is complete and up-to-date. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages if an old or incorrect address is provided as the shipping address. Standard shipping charges are shown in the table below.

For online orders of filters and chemicals there is a shipping rate of $12.00. For our other products, contact us for further ordering information and shipping rates.
